• Faciility Usage: Some facilitiesmay be closed in summer months. Call for details.
• Electricity Cost: Electricity is sub-metered. Tenant's sub metered bills are calculated pursuant to P.U.C. Subt. R.23.51(c)(1)(G)(i).
• Cancellation: No refunds on Casita or Cabins. Cancellation on RV Sites: Full refund until April 1, 50% refund until August 1. NO refunds after August 1st for any reason and No refunds after arrival for any reason.
• Storage: $25 off-site, $27 on-site plus electric. Registered guests only.
• FREE Wireless Internet. subject to resort regulations
• Pets Welcome. subject to resort regulations
• Change Fee: one Free change, $10 thereafter per change
